Board Changes November 2009
The Real Good Food Company plc is a supplier of sugars and bakery ingredients and a manufacturer of bakery products.
Following the restructuring announced in January, when the Group's head office was moved from London to Liverpool and its two largest businesses were consolidated to form Renshawnapier, the Group is today making a number of senior management changes.
Pat Ridgwell, currently non-executive Deputy Chairman, will be joining Pieter Totte as joint Chairman of Real Good Food, with immediate effect. At the same time, Pieter Totte will assume the role of Executive Chairman of Renshawnapier, the Group's principal operating business.
As a consequence, Stephen Heslop, Chief Executive Officer, will be leaving the business. The Board thanks Stephen for the contribution he has made to the Real Good Food during the past four years and wishes him well for the future.
