Renshawnapier Carluke
The original home of Scotts of Carluke, this site produces jam in traditional copper kettles, chocolate flavour coatings and chocolate and caramel sauces in many different pack formats.
Space in the town centre site had to be maximised and a state-of-the-art chocolate manufacturing hall was built in 2007 standing 15 metres high, using gravity feed systems to convey ingredients to the mixing and milling machines.
