Renshaw Finished Marzipans
A traditional range of ready to use marzipan produced from various combinations of European and Californian almonds. All Renshaw marzipans contain at least 23.5% dry almond content.
Manufactured from debitterised apricot kernels to various nut contents. Nut pastes are an economical alternative to almond marzipans. Suitable for use across a wide spectrum of applications including battenbergs, cake coverings and modelling.
Renshaw macaroon pastes are the number one choice for the bakery trade as they are quick and easy to use, provide consistent results and are manufactured from specifically selected almonds or kernels and sugars. These pastes are also free from artificial colours, flavours and preservatives. They are suitable for all baked almond lines including macaroon biscuits, congress tarts, almond slice lines and Danish filling. They also can be an excellent addition to a product to add an almond flavour profile.
Renshaw Raw Marzipan/Paste
